Our Houserules


Welcome to Bed & Breakfast La Casa de Familia in Alhaurin el Grande. To ensure a pleasant stay for you and other guests, the following house rules apply at B&B La Casa de Familia.


Reservation:
Correct notification of the number of persons is required when making a reservation.

Maximum Room Occupancy:
B&B La Casa de Familia has six studios for two people, one four-person apartment, and two six-person apartments. It is not allowed to stay or have breakfast with more occupants than the specified maximum. A child's bed is available upon request.

Visitors:
If you wish to have guests, you must inform the host in advance.

Check-in:
Check-in is from 14:00, possibly earlier by arrangement. Please inform the host of your estimated arrival time at least one day in advance. Call the host 30 minutes before arrival on the day of check-in. Report to the B&B gate for check-in.

Check-out:
Check-out is between 10:00 - 11:00 on the day of departure. Early or late check-out may be arranged upon agreement.

Key Management:
Upon arrival, receive the necessary keys from the host. Guests are responsible for locking doors, the gate, and turning off lights. Keys must be returned to the host upon check-out. A fee of €75.00 will be charged for lost keys.

Breakfast:
Fresh breakfast is provided in buffet style on the terrace by the pool.
Breakfast is served every morning between 9:00 and 10:30.

Bed Linens and Towels:
For longer stays, towels and bed linens are changed upon request (maximum once a week). Costs are included; guests receive a clean towel and guest towel per person per day during their stay.

Hygiene:
It is not allowed to sleep on beds without sheets and pillowcases. Any non-removable stains on the mattress, duvet, bedspread, decorative pillows, or towels during the stay will result in cleaning or replacement costs charged to the guest.

Prices:
Prices include water, electricity, bed, bath, and kitchen linens. Free use of    Wi-Fi and parking on the B&B premises. In case of any issues with services like Wi-Fi, there is no right to a refund of the total or part of the room price.

Parking:
Park your car in designated areas on the premises. If the parking lot is full, the host will guide you to an alternative parking spot on the property. Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay and is at your own risk.

Noise:
Guests are asked to refrain from loudness in their rented accommodation and common areas. All music and other sounds should be adjusted to room volume to avoid disturbance for other guests and neighbors.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed anywhere in B&B La Casa de Familia.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations. Smoking is allowed outside, and cigarette butts should be disposed of in designated ashtrays.

Alcohol and (Soft) Drugs:
Alcohol abuse is prohibited. Possession, use, and/or trade of drugs at B&B La Casa de Familia are strictly forbidden.

Internet:
B&B La Casa de Familia provides a guest Wi-Fi network.

Damage:
B&B La Casa de Familia is not liable for any form of damage, loss, or theft during your stay. Report any damage caused during your stay to the host. Costs for repairs will be charged to the guest.


In case of reservation cancellation, the following conditions apply:

1.0 
-Cancellation 40 days or earlier before the arrival date: €15 handling fee.
-Cancellation between 39 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% cancellation fee.
-Cancellation 14 days or less before the arrival date, or no-show: No refund will be provided.
2.0 
Deviation from the cancellation policy is possible only at the discretion of the owner or manager, for example, in the event of emergencies.
3.0 
To be eligible for any refund, the cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner via email or phone.
4.0 
After consultation, the agreed-upon amount will be refunded within two weeks.
5.0 
No refund will be issued in the case of early departure.
6.0 
B&B La Casa de Familia can only terminate the reservation agreement in cases of force majeure, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family members, hospitalization, or unexpected sale.
7.0 
In any of these cases, the owner or manager will attempt to offer the guest an alternative as soon as possible.
8.0 
If no alternative is possible or the guest does not accept the offered alternative, a full refund will be processed. Any other costs resulting from the termination will not be reimbursed by the owner.
9.0 
We recommend obtaining travel and/or cancellation insurance.
